City of Tucson, ParkWise in partnership with Oasis Tucson, LLC and Aleks Istanbullu Architects proposes a new mixed-use project on the site located at 345 E. Congress St. This structure conforms to the masterplan approved by the City of Tucson in March 2006 and the Rio Nuevo & Downtown (RND) Zone guidelines. The first phase of the project is a 4 story, 385 car open parking structure. The second phase of the project includes 12,000 square feet of covered arcade & paseo retail spaces, 10,000 square feet of office space, and a 3 story, 50,000 square foot residential compound to be built on top of the parking structure & set back 40 feet from the north building edge. The building after phase I + II will be 7 stories total.
